Puzzle Pieces To Create A Collaborative Display
This pack is an ideal for a first day activity, which can then be used to create a classroom display.
All pieces can be enlarge or decreased in size to suit. So you can create as big or small a display as you like.
Included is the lettering to create the heading. (In Our Class We All Fit Together) The pieces are black and white ready for children to decorate, or you may want to print it off on coloured paper/card.
Also included are 3 large puzzle pieces. One with first day at school, One with just name and a blank one. These are for the children to draw their self portrait on and write their name. You can print off as many as you need for your class.
This display is a great display to give the children some ownership of their classroom and a sense of belonging.

Each player has a coloured board with 6 pictures on and on the table in the middle are 24 pictures turned upside down. Each player takes it in turns to turn a card to see if it matches to one on their board. The winner is the person to find all their pictures first.

The first one, place numbers from 0-6 around your tuff tray, carpet or table. Next encourage children to identify the correct number of spots on the domino and place next to the correct number.
The second game, children have an oversized, blank domino and put the correct number of spots onto it, to match the number they have selected.
These resources can be printed as they are or enlarged/reduced in size, then laminated.
You may also want to use this as a cutting and sticking activity.
