A four lesson PSHE unit aimed at lower Key Stage 2 on career aspirations. Included is a booklet for children to work through and supporting PowerPoints that match the booklet and include any other bits of information required.
The unit provides the chance to identify different jobs/ careers. WIthin the unit, aspirations are discussed and how these may be affected by family, friends, stereotypes, wages etc. in both positive and negative ways. The first three lessons provide the chance to explore all of this further before answering the overarching question in the 4th lesson.

Each set of lessons includes a double lesson PowerPoint which includes arithmetic starters, key vocabulary and models and questions to work through that identify some different ways to work on multiplication and division which can easily be edited and added to.
Each lesson has independent activities that follow up from the teaching with answer sheets included for these. Each double lesson also has an extension activity with answers where a pattern is made by increasing by the same amount each time.
30 different activities linked to the 7x table that give the opportunity to work on and improve understanding of the 7x table facts in different ways.
This includes activities that range from list questions that help show commutativity, inverse and multiples of 10, 0.1 etc., filling in tables that require children to make links between different facts, completing sequences that link to the ability to count in 7s and using written multiplication and division using facts from the 7x table. Additionally, there are tasks linked to fractions in simplifying fractions, finding fractions of amounts, multiplying and dividing fractions by whole numbers and multiplying a fraction by a fraction. There are also activities looking at number sentences from given facts including commutative and inverse, representations and always, sometimes, never.
Answers are also included for every activity in a separate booklet.
