Billionaire Boy Reading Comprehension (Chapter Two)
56 different questions for Chapter Two of Billionaire Boy. These can be used for guided reading sessions or to give children as activities. To support guided reading sessions, all questions have the relevant page numbers (paperback) and answers at the end.
N.B. You will need to provide the text itself.
Algebra - Number Sequences (5 of 5)
Lesson plans, worksheets and slides for running two lessons on sequences. These were written for Year 6 but can easily be used in other year groups as well.
The worksheets have written with mastery in mind and so follow the following structure:

Chocolate Bar Wrapper Design
A one-off single/double lesson that looks at being able to design the wrapper for a chocolate bar. It includes examples, what children should think of and the design template and evaluation sheet once children have done their design. Should they wish, they can then attempt to recreate it using computer aided design.
Roman Colosseum Reading Comprehension
A reading comprehension that includes a fact file about The Colosseum and is then followed up with three differentiated worksheets that check their comprehension skills (answers included).

Mother's Day Reading Comprehension
A fact file that looks at the origins of Mother's Day in the U.K, focussing on how it began as Mothering Sunday and the religious element of this compared with the modern day version we now celebrate and how they have been confused.
Also included are three differentiated worksheets with questions related to the text they have read with the answers included.
Written with Year 5/6 in mind but can be used higher up.

A presentation that looks at what adverbial clauses are with children before getting children to identify adverbial clauses within sentences and creating their own sentences with adverbial clauses in.
Apostrophes Activity
Three differentiated worksheets that focus on the use of apostrophes. Written with Year 5 in mind but easily used in other year groups.
Angles Revision
A fact sheet and mini-quiz to revise angles with children. Made for Year 6 but easily usable in any year group.
