Where activities are used, these sentences also link purposefully to writing about storms to develop understanding further. This then leads into drafting and redrafting, including teacher modelling and providing feedback based on how pupils write, with the previous activities and word banks still being available to support during the writing process. Due to copyright, you will need to source an image to base the writing on - this needs to be a picture of a lightning storm and would preferably be set over a water scene - this is however reflected in the price and all resources uploaded are in PowerPoint format so they can be edited as required, including the lesson PowerPoints that include notes for teaching and where to add your own image
