All credit due to Pobble with this then being taken and created as a lesson presentation and resources with ideas that children can then take and write about. Also included are some of my own word mats that children can use to support them with ideas. The prompt used for this lesson set is The Builders which can be found on Pobble on the 2nd July.

Three lessons that focus on learning about Rousseau before recreating one of his pieces or an image from the rainforest in his style. Within the lessons is a discussion about the art and a focus on some key terms before children then pick which image they want to recreate, initially in pencil. The lessons then move on to evaluating their first design and recreating the image using different art resources before a final evaluation of this in the third lesson, whilst recapping the first lesson knowledge.

A lesson for Year 5 based on adding fractions together from the White Rose Maths planning, with the focus being on recapping adding fractions using the same denominator. The lesson starts with a starter that recaps key arithmetic features they have studied to support fluency before working on two different models and getting children to answer questions using these. This then moves on to challenging their understanding before giving them practice questions and challenge questions to solve. Pink bubbles are included to remind them what they can use whilst green bubbles provide extra challenge to those who finish. Also included is a sheet with the two models and two challenge questions so they can be cut out and stuck in books if necessary.
