‘Les chats de Madame Michaux’ is a very simple story book to make and to read to young children in French. Simply cut out pages and staple together. As I am currently teaching prepositions to 6 and 7 year olds, I decided to make a book to help them to learn them. Focuses on; dans, sur, sous, devant and derrière and next to, together with items of furniture and rooms in a house. The gap-fill spaces allow the children to write in the missing preposition.
