A scene in Paris showing children having their photo taken by the Eiffel Tower. Aim of the excercise to is get children 'talking&'. Their L/O is to see how many sentences they can find which describes something in the picture. I have given some examples but the possibilities are endless. ~Revises: prepositions/il y a/verbs/age/name/clothes/weather. Ideal for partner work. Feedback is always most welcome.

Les vêtements 'matching pairs' card game
Game whereby children have to match the picture to the name of the item of clothing. Cards are placed face down on table. Children turn over two cards at a time. To win the cards the words have to match the picture that has been turned up. Before laminating the cards, back the picture cards on one coloured card and the word cards on a different colour. That way the children have to turn over one card of each colour. I found this really helped my children learn the vocabulary for clothes. Blank cards have been added, should you need them. Feedback would be really appreciated.
Matching pairs game pour Pâques
A fun game for reinforcing Easter vocab. Cards need to be printed twice & laminated. The object of the game is to find 2 cards that match. Each time a card is turned over, the player musy say in French what image is on the card.
