A bumper set of resources for your phonics / spelling work, which can be used in class or for homework. There are 7 worksheets and on each one there are 8 CVC words for children to make. Each word has a picture and arrows to show which direction the 3 letters go. The challenge is for the children to work out the initial sounds and then they can follow the arrows and write the letters to make the words. The first word-bed- is done to show the children what to do. Once the words are complete, children can check on the CVC word grid provided and tick off the words or draw a picture. Page 8 is a template that you or the children can use to make new words or focus on one middle sound. All vowels are included in the middle sounds.
