A Christmas resource for EYFS and KS1 linked to 2D shapes. The first sheet shows an array of Xmas Shape characters that all live in a fictional Shape Land. Children will enjoy naming the shapes and colouring them in. Sheet 2 is a counting and sorting sheet. An EYFS activity based on Trees linked to Colour, Shape and Pattern. There are 3 designs of trees. Each of the types of trees have 3 worksheets. Colour in the black and white tree to match the colour version. Cut out the colour leaves and add them to the tree outline to recreate the tree exactly or to make a new version. Colour in the leaf outlines to match the colours or use own colours. Then cut out the leaves and add to the tree. For little fingers, you may want to enlarge the sheets for cutting out. Enlarge even more to make a lovely classroom display tree.

4 ideas for making Valentine’s Day Cards for EYFS, KS1 and SEND children. There are 3 colour hearts that children can trace around, cut out and glue back together. This is a fun activity for young children. Cut out and laminate the 30 circular cards showing Christmas pictures and hide inside the classroom or in nature’s den / outside areas or in a sand tray. Children can hunt for the pictures and then tick off on the master board when they find them! Children will enjoy working in pairs or small groups.
