Pupils are asked to make two piles after cutting out the ingredients. Allow them time to 'debate' whether the ingredients are IN cigarettes or NOT IN cigarettes. Take feedback from group before announcing that they are ALL in cigarettes!

A resource which asks pupils to identify feelings as belonging to those with either high self esteem or low self esteem. They can then choose words from the table to describe times when they have had these feelings. A good starter for further work on self esteem.
