I am a head of year in a school and attached is my NPQML. My project was on improving attendance for Y11 pupils to increase attainment. I achieved 32/32. I did my project with Learners First. I found looking at other NPQML’s helpful to help understand what was required for the write up at each section. I hope this helps you.
