This presentation is intended for Year 7 and 8 Spanish students. They will be introduced to vocabulary for fruit, vegetables, meat, drinks and dessert. They will also learn some verbs in the present tense as well as the verb to be and when ‘ser’ and ‘estar’ are used. There are exercises to help students retain the vocabulary they have learnt. This resource is intended for all students studying French and would like to improve their grammar. They will learn the Passe Compose. This will be explained clearly. Generally avoir is used as the auxiliary verb but students will also learn about verbs used with etre as the auxiliary verb. This verb is used very often in French and students are advised that they understand and are able to use this verb.

I have added some bullet points to these exams and deleted some to try and make the topic more suitable for the new exam. Teachers are welcome to change and add bullet points as they see fit.
