Mandala Wellbeing - Form Time Activity - 15mins
This combines the idea of mantra and mandala’s together for a mindful colouring activity. This can take between 10-20mins.
You will need to print slides 7-8 and can cut them out small to save on printing and resourcing.

This idea was adapted from a form time activity book and is used to get students thinking about how bad and good behaviour could look for different scenarios. This can be teacher or student lead.

This activity will require you to sort different names from your form and hand them out. Discuss what acts of kindness could look like, particularly with COVID restrictions.

Active Listening - Form Time Activity - 15 Mins
This PowerPoint is informed by active listening techniques from Relate Counselling on effective communication. It is experiential allowing students to experience non-listening and active listening.

What are my values? Form Time Activity - 30mins
This resource uses “auction” to explore student values and can take 30mins+ to complete. It can provide excellent follow up discussion.
You can get students to bid on values regardless if they were successful or not so they can build up an idea of what values are important to them.
Hot Seat - Form Activity - 15mins
Putting students into the hotseat and getting them to assume roles. I have written in the notes some pre-assigned serious roles for more confident students and some prompt questions for the class.
