Lecture for level 3 Btec Business students (unit 2 - Business Resources).

I used this for an interview. Can take a while to prepare it but it works well and students love the interaction and being able to visibly see changes to the BE point.

Various breakeven and cashflow resources for lesson planning & activities for many levels. I have created / adapted these over a few years and had great success with exam results from using these resources at GCSE level.

2 powerpoints include information / mini activities for studnets to review regarding the 2 topics. They also include specific legal scenarios for discussion.

Covers good/bad customer service and looks at specific scenarios.

Another idea for a communication lesson. Students cover methods and types of communication, message paths / barriers and ideas for improvements.

I originally used/planned this for an interview lesson. It does NOT use computers, gets students working individually, in pairs and small groups/whole class. It covers communication and communication message paths in detail. I have found students have enjoyed this lesson and it is easy to spread out over 2 hours if you wanted to.
