The NEW SPECIFICATION EXAMS (2017) are rapidly approaching. Want to make revision FUN or even still learning NEW content. Then these colourful and interactive revision postcards are just the ticket to SUCCESS an ideal instructional method based on the KAGAN STUCTURE - Timed Paired Share they have been designed to promote cooperation and communication in your classroom and guaranteed to boost your students confidence, leading to accelerated learning and value added success. Timed Postcard Share (Just as Good by yourself or revise with a FRIEND) 1. Students placed into group A or B 2. Student A picks a Revision Postcard and finds a Partner B 3. In pairs, Partner A shares the information on the front of their postcard that relates to the question below; Partner B Listens for 30 seconds. 4. Both students then sit down and write an answer together to the question on their postcard. Teacher should provide them with a specific amount of time to write their answer, normally a mark a minute. 5. Students then check their answer using the QR Code. 6. Students will be called upon to share with the class the answer they have developed with their partners. 7. Partners then switch roles and swaps cards with another group and it begins again at 3.
