Welcome to my online resources shop. My name is Nicol and I am a primary school teacher will a variety of experience in different year groups. I predominately work in Year 5 and 6. I am also a children's book author and illustrator. I am passionate about encouraging children to read more and think more deeply about what they are reading. Many of the resources I create are suitable for challenging the greater depth children in the class and deepening the learning for the class as a whole.

This Fact File worksheet is ideal for KS1. You could present the facts on a Powerpoint or I printed off the facts and stuck them around the room. The children had to hunt around the room to find the fact that matched with each question. This really helped them with developing their reading comprehension skills. These facts have been included and can be trimmed. Extra facts are included as decoy facts. Answer sheet and Powerpoint presentation also included.
