We have created a new course based on GCSE spec for KS3 to get them used to exam practice. I have made a number of lessons on the WWI, WWII and the Cold War (A total of 10 hours worth for Cold War). In those 10 hours students practice Edexcel's 4, 12 and 16 mark questions. This is an excellent introductory lesson for KS3 for Year 8 when learning about the Cold War. Lesson 1/34 on 'American Revolution 1740-1796'. This lesson focuses on the creation and development of the first 13 States. With this PowerPoint, I have attached a map which could be used throughout the whole course, making reference to how these States developed through the American Revolution.

Battle activity for students to understand the importance of the Battle of Lexington and Concord. Lesson was also observed as part of my training (in which I received good/outstanding). I also did this lesson on staff who loved it! **Counters not included. The second lesson of Key Topic 4 (Lesson 28 of Paper 2). This matches the booklet (sold separately) and follows the textbook (Edexcel). It focuses on what impact debt had on the GDR as well as their reaction.

This simulation was created from scratch to teach Year 12 about the Berlin Crisis. They were split into 2 groups; USA and the USSR.
