I developed my own thinking scarves reading scheme as a replacement for the thinking hats reading scheme and I even converted a whole set of books which could be used with the scheme. I have included stories from India, as this is the largest ethnic minority in the UK, and I thought it would be nice to see the differences and similarities between the two countries.
