This resource was designed for an ESOL class of learners who were struggling to get to grips with the different verb conjugations in the English Language. This resource is designed to test pre-existing knowledge of poetic/literary techniques. Students are given the blank copy and asked to fill out EITHER a definition OR an example for each one. Then the answers are reviewed as a class, with an exemplar definition AND example on hand for the teacher to use, in case any turn out to be complete unknowns. Safeguarding and Protection of Children/Vulnerable Adults can be a daunting topic, this booklet is a simple guide to help people understand their responsibilities and role within safeguarding, and give them a little more information about the different types of abuse. It is a word document, so it can be amended to include institution specific information (EG name of Safeguarding Representative) or to add in more information, such as contact details or links to websites and other organisations that can provide sector specific information.
