Lesson 2 - Species Extinction (Used with 11-14 students) The second lesson in my Conservation scheme of learning. This looks at the extinction of the Dodo. Lesson is fully resourced with a powerpoint and worksheet. The following lessons look at extinction, mapping biodiversity, threats and a range of animal case studies e.g. bush meat. My lessons use high quality images so apologies if the files are large. Some of the activities are adapted from various sources including TES.

Rainforest Management Campaign A planning a rainforest campaign lesson. Students analyse a range of different campaigns, then plan their own, and eventually peer assess each others. This can be used as a lesson before they actually create their own campaigns. In my previous examples of delivering this lesson students have created Posters, Instagram accounts and videos.
