This form can help you to review marking and feedback of students work within your department. The document is simple to use and action points can be addressed for each teacher.

This document includes some areas to reference for teachers (some, not all). It can help new teachers or aspiring teachers to plan effective lessons, learn some key vocabulary (I am sure they will have been bombarded with most already) and to further research some key areas like behaviour management or AfL strategies. It is just a go to picture really, but could be useful for someone out there.

At the end of a chapter or topic, we normally assess students learning. Using this format, students were firstly able to reflect on their learning, write essential notes and create questions to support their learning process. Teachers can complete the first section for all the students, especially which learning outcomes were covered throughout the topic.
