This is an HTML5 version of my Electronic configuration and the Periodic Table activity (no flash plugin is required) Double click on the periodic table.html file et voila… . drag the electronic configurations to the correct elements. This provides an excellent understanding of the layout of the periodic table and its basis in electronic structure. Can be used many times, say as AFL on the whiteboard. I took a list of 78 body organs to produce this, for fun. I included a class bingo version.
