I have included a set of resources to support the SATs Tests both at Key Stage 1 and 2. The advantage with my resources is that they make new papers every time they are loaded up.

This is a mock up newspaper The clues are all within the leaflet itself. Once complete it will give you a set of 7 numbers, which when changed to the corresponding letter of the alphabet will spell the name of the who stole the cups. The clues are all of different forms. Hopefully his will be a fun activity for a reading activity, probably best for 9 to 13 year olds, though could be used with older or younger people, even up to adults. Good luck, other leaflets to follow. The best way to print out is as a booklet on the PDF program, double sided and then fold.

Hidden Maths Escape Room, just looks like maths revision. Who will spot it first?

This is a worksheet for maths, covering lots of different topics (Or is it?). As with all my other Escape Rooms, it is not what it looks like. All questions help to solve the final slue. Could be used as a welcome back or revision task. The clues are all within the pages. Once complete, they will each give you a numbers, clue and letter, which when changed to the corresponding letter of the alphabet will spell the instructions to complete the task. The clues are all of different maths topics, covering main the ones used for upper Key Stage 2, though could be used at the end of Year 4. Hopefully his will be a fun activity for a reading activity, probably best for 8 to 11 year olds, though could be used with older or younger people, even up to adults. There are two files, one to print and use with the children; the other is a full answer sheet, with all the answers highlighted. Good luck, other leaflets to follow. The best way to print out is as a booklet on the PDF program on A4 paper, as some writing would be quite small if you print to A5 double sided booklet.

Times Table Bingo Game - 1x1 to 12x12, including calling out numbers

This resource has 25 pages of bingo cards and 5 pages of calling out numbers. Each card covers 18 questions from the 1 to 12 times table. Every card is randomly generated both in choice of numbers and which ones are displayed. There is also a change of the order of display. You do not need to print every calling card and every bingo card, just as many as needed. You can make multiple copies of the bingo cards and then allow the learners to choose which one they want, it will mean some duplicates in the classroom, but this will just make it more fun to be the first.

This resource has 75 pages of dominoes which are as PDF ready to print on A4. Each page is one set of dominoes which once printed and cut out will produce a rectangle of the times table chosen. There are 3 random sets for each times table. Included within the pack is 25 different numbers. 2 to 12 times tables. A variety of decimal numbers, such as 0.2 A variety of multiples of 10 and 25, such as 20 and 75. Activity: One activity to play would be to print each set for one times table on a different colour and then cut out and hide around the working area. On the word go the learners find the 12 dominoes of their colour and then lay them out as a rectangle, thus proving they have found them all. Differentiation can be created by using different times tables, such as 2, 20 and 0,2 times table domino sets.

Totally random producing SATs paper 2 - reasoning with answers

(1)
Once bought, this resource will produce endless amounts of full Paper 2 reasoning 2018 maths sheets, with answers. As with Paper 1 random spreadsheet, this is a cleverly system allowing it to regenerate the whole of Paper 2 SATS question paper, based on Maths SATS paper 2 - reasoning. Every time the sheet is loaded it produces a unique SATs paper. There are also graphics on the sides of some questions that you can drag and drop to allow for even more changes to the paper. At the end of the paper is a answer sheet for the vast majority of answers which can be calculated by the computer. This will mean the end to cut and pasting new exam papers and allows you to assess with some consistency, though not exactly the same numbers, thus meaning children will not be able to remember the sequence of answers. The questions not only change numbers, they also change where the ticks go and where the bits are on the tables. Other changes can be made on request, once bought.

Example SATS style questions, questions by topic, totally random and levelled.

This SATS Key Stage 2 resource allows you to tailor make resources by topic, based on SATS style questions. It has a variety of topics included and allows you to define one of three different levels for each topic. Once you have chosen the topic and the level a totally new sheet is produced with answers at the bottom for the majority of the pages. Unlike the Unlimited SATS paper series, this one only shows one topic per a page. However, it can allow you to revise just one topic, over and over again with different number and questions until the principal has been learnt.

Filling in the Gaps, sequencing patterns

This resource will help the learner practise filling in the number sequences. The number sequence is shown as a strip with gaps in random places. The learner has to then fill in the gaps. The sheets are built in sets of 5, with a variety of times tables being covered, both singular and mixed times tables. The sequences vary between going up and going down and a mixture. All the answers for the questions are displayed at the bottom to be folded over or cut off. In total there is over 125 pages of work, ranging from the 2 to 12 tables with a set for 20 times tables.

Using the spreadsheet the computer will generate a monthly calendar with different maths questions for each month. The calendar maths questions are pitched at an age of around 7 to 10, though could be used with help lower, and will just be quick mental arithmetic for an older child. Each sheet is set up to print out to A4, though you can print to PDF and then print out larger if you have an available printer. Also there are two tabs to allow you to create your own blank calendars, portrait and landscape format.

If two areas are assessed for a question then only the main one is used. Using the word bank of 400 of the most likely used patterns in spellings it gives 5 examples of Year 6 SATS tests. The test comes as three pages. Two for the children and one for the teacher, including the answers. This full version can be used via Excel to generate an endless supply of tests. The version will also allow you to add any extra words that you choose, just making sure the pattern is followed. It does not claim to predict the spellings for future years of spelling tests, but will give a good idea of what might be used. It now also includes a word-search maker, missing letter finder, filling in heights and anagram solver. The words each time are generated from the spelling list.
