Boys can and do produce A* quality artwork. Work can be highly expressive, intuitive and impulsive. This resource provides a page by page slideshow of an A* graded GCSE Art sketchbook by a boy. The nature of the work is fully aligned to the new GCSE Art specification. Emphasis is placed on observational drawing, critical and contextual referencing, media experimentation and idea development. Work is bold and exciting.
