Transition between Learning Activities - this can be problematic and often poor transition can result in a loss of teaching and learning time.

Quiz 11 is the second Grime Slang Quiz, whilst the gangs and Guns Quiz has been added as a bonus.
All of the Quizzes are written for a student who does not engage with mainstream school and has daily tutoring, however he writes grime music and has an interest in the history of guns and warfare.
Both can be included in PSHE sessions that are focused on crime or Grime.
I have written the attached guidance in an attempt to support teachers in managing behaviour as more students return in September, many of whom may have remained out of school for months and may find settling back at school problematic.
This guidance may be shaped by ongoing health and safety considerations and the Back to School Guidance published on July 3rd, but what it does, is offer a range of tips and strategies to use that may support you and your students into a smoother transition.
