Student's crazy about dogs? Then grab their attention with this fully customizable PPT game template. Add your own questions and multi choice answers.
Teams of students can choose one each of the 5 cartoon dogs and try to get their dog home for dinner first, advancing them when they answer questions correctly.
Because it is fully customizable you can use it for any subject or level. Just put in your own multiple choice questions and answers. The template is designed for total ease of use when adding your information.
All of my products are created using Microsoft Office 2013. There are minimal compatibility issues with earlier versions. For viewing on very early editions you can download Microsoft's Free PowerPoint Viewer. Note PowerPoint Viewer is for viewing only and not editing.
Some cool pictures and "I am a....." sentence review cards that can used in the style of the headband game (using some ordinary elastic headbands and inserting the card for students to see but not the student wearing) or can also be placed with a clip or tape on students backs (again so others can see but not the student wearing).

Students must ask questions to elicit yes/no answers from other students enabling them to finally guess what they are.

Critical Thinking Game: Detective Dan and The Musicians of Abbey Road is based on the same idea as "The Einstein Intelligence Quiz". Gather information from clues and compile the information into the answer grid to show (in this particular mystery) 5 musicians names, what instruments they play, what pets they own, what nationality they are and what their hobbies are.
This activity stretches the brain to take into consideration many factors, some clues being a little cryptic...It takes some thinking to work it all out.
Included with the PPT activity is the printable PDF worksheet for the students to compile their information and write their answers on to.
The lesson covers many areas of learning incorporating some flag knowledge of the 5 countries involved, nationalities, genres of music (in the characters names), instruments, animals, reading, comprehension, prepositions, critical thinking, problem solving and much more...It's super fun.
