Pass - if you can identify and describe the conditions from the sources Success- if you can explain why the sources would change people’s viewpoints Challenge - if you can evaluate which sources would have the greatest impact on Parliament, so they are justified to pass laws.

Yes, this could be a fun lesson. After my class tackles a few sources and see what the author was trying to do we move onto the famous Keep Calm Poster. This is planned out in class and the students finish it for homework. The mini-lesson leads you straight to the Keep Calm Task. The lesson could be extended into two lessons if you want to explore propaganda in greater detail.
