George Washington American History Character Describe Character Booklet Description Creative Write Attached is a PowerPoint and PDF version of the character booklet for the above character. There is also a separate A4 colouring page which can be used for a classroom display along with the character profiles. Below is a summary of what is included in the booklet:- Page One Front cover page. Children can colour in the bubble writing and there is a space for the children to write their name. When complete I ringbind these booklets and they make great English table displays. Page Two Features page: the children are to think of the following things about their character and write these in the boxes surrounding the character: The character’s likes The character’s dislikes The character’s feelings The character’s friends The character’s family The character’s hopes The character’s fears The character’s house The character’s hobbies The character’s past The character’s present The character’s future The character’s problems The character’s solutions Page Three Children to now list of features for the character to help write their character profile. On this page there is an image of the character and a whole lines page for the students to add lots of detail in sentences. Ask them to focus largely on the features that they have found already and to use powerful adjectives. Page Four Children are to write down some things that the character might say and think. Page Five Children are to describe the character’s physical appearance of the character. Page Six Children can either use this page to colour in the character or thy can write down describing words inside the image, using powerful adjectives. Feel free to edit the PowerPoint with your own questions and features if you wish, and of course feel free to delete / add pages at your leisure to make a booklet that works best for your class(es) Thanks for looking at my resources, I really appreciate your interest and your 5 star reviews.

Design your own Superhero Booklet (Male and Female!) A4 Editable (Mask, Cape, Abilities, Alter Ego). Please see above images for screenshots of the pages included. Students need to design and write about the: Cape Suit Badge Mask Alter Ego Abilities Origin Story I have also included a blank comic book page so children can create their stories after designing the superheroes. This creates a nice booklet (students can choose from the female or male design - I created this resource as most designs online only have male characters). The latter pages have extra images of things like the masks and logos and large A4 versions of the main body items such as the cape (as some teachers might want to spend a whole lesson on one item). A fantastic resources, my students LOVED this creative writing and design lesson. Thanks for looking! Please check my shop for lots of other superheroes resources. Please find attached a resource to promote reading: ERIC - Everyone Reading In Class (Reading resource poster and door sign). At my school I printed and laminated the sign for the door and I have the other rules image on display. I normally play music on youtube (the link for this is attached). We also light candles and lower the lights and the children thoroughly enjoy reading for 15 minutes or so in this lovely environment! Thanks for looking, The Bearded Teacher.

WANTED POSTER PowerPoint Lesson Plan and A4 Template with instructions of How To Create Your Own

WANTED POSTER PowerPoint Lesson Plan and A4 Template with instructions of How To Create Your Own. Information in PowerPoint: A wanted poster is like a big note that police or other people put up to ask for help in finding someone they’re looking for. It has pictures and information about the person, and sometimes there’s even a reward for anyone who helps find them. It’s kind of like a way to ask everyone in the neighborhood to keep an eye out and help if they know anything about where that person might be. Also includes slides (as seen above) and a PDF of the Poster. (Powerpoint is also attached so you can edit the file). Thanks for visiting my TES Shop!
