I created this presentation for a whole revision day with Year 11 during Easter holidays and could save someone in an English dept a lot of work on the last week before the exam. The students found it very helpful. I hope it is of help to someone else.
A discussion of some of the main points and imagery in Dulce et Decorum est by Owen. This resource was created with Year 7 and 8 in mind and leads towards a PEE paragraph assessment and a creative writing assessment - both are based on the poem. There is also a homework task and slide to check their understanding of the homework (vocabulary task).
