This is a resource pack for delivering CPD to staff about challenge. The CPD was a huge success with many departments applying features into schemes of work following this. To do before running the CPD: Get a list of staff attending and on what days. Prepare an example seating plan for each member of staff and a pack of different coloured stars to demonstrate how simple it is to selectively group students on target grade, ability, reading age and KAGAN group structures. print off a pack for each member of staff and add a name label on to make it personal. Allow people to start the nonsensical task on entry and then start delivering the CPD talking through each strategy.
