Parent’s Evening can be a really stressful time for teachers, especially when you have 25+ pupils to talk about. Having notes always makes me feel so much better and more prepared for parents evening as well as looking professional for the parents coming into your classroom (or seeing your digitally!)
This template can be printed out and written on or typed directly onto.
There is a small box at the top for the child’s name.
The reading, writing and maths box on the top right of the page can be colour coded to show their progress.
Each section has its own heading and any additional notes taken during the meeting can be added at the bottom.
