A match up starter activity aimed to support students in forming a PEEL structured evaluation point/paragraph which can be used in their essays. The activity can be cut out and placed in an envelope and can be done as a paired activity or can be printed on an A4 sheet and asked to use lines to join up the PEEL paragraph. If it is a quick starter/ last minute then the table can be shown on the board and students can write out the correct evaluation point in their work books.
