I have successfully used this power point to support students in KS3 and KS4.

The power point covers

Percentage of an Amount.
Percentage Increase
Percentage Decrease
Percentage Increase
Compound Interest
Compound Depreciation.

Each topic is explained in clear detail and I have also included examples of percentage questions that come up in Functional Skills Exams, these can be adapted to include the names of your students so that it is relevent and interesting to them.

I have worked in a Pupil Referal Unit and Alternative Education for over 20 years and when I have been observed by the local authority and Ofsted, they have been very impressed with the power point as it represented the interests of each student and they could relate to it.

If you teach students who find Mathematics difficult, have Special Educational Needs or learning difficulties, I would highly recommend using these resources.

If you do purchase them, please can you leave appropriatte feedback.
