This makes it easy to see what area a child is working in and makes identifying any gaps in learning a smoother process.</p> <p>You can highlight when a child has achieved a statement, using a key of your own choosing, we currently highlight in different colours depending on where the information came from i.e. red - key worker judgement, blue - information from parents, green - observation. Other settings I visit use different colours for different terms.</p> <p>There is also an individual tracking sheet on the second page, this lets practitioners note down what age band a child is working in.
