<p>I have started using these sheets to mark students’ practise speaking on Theme 1 or for students to peer assess speaking. Once you have modelled marking a few times, they get the hang of the symbols.</p> <ul> <li>1 sheet with 2 role plays assessment grids: I usually past prompts and scripts in the first column so students can keep track of where they may have gone wrong.</li> <li>1 sheet for the reading aloud task criteria (Higher and Foundation) and the compulsory questions.</li> <li>2 sheets (Higher and Foundation) for the description of photos and unprepared conversation.<br /> COuld easily be adapted to Spanish.<br /> They are based on the Specimen mark sheme issued by AQA but obviously also represent my interpretation of the criteria.
