This set of resources includes 1x PPTs which can be delivered over a double lesson (over 30 slides of engaging and interactive learning) and 2x word files consisting of exam practice case studies/questions.

Learners are introduced to the meaning of quality in business, and the different quality management systems that are used. We start by looking at quality control and quality assurance, animated images to show the difference between the two processes and their implications, with real life examples from car manufacturers. Knowledge consolidation activities included.

Two case studies focusing on the debate between QC and QA, one is based on ZARA and is a 24 mark style question, students can discuss the points first with the structure guidance before attempting to answer the question. The second case study is on Cadbury and can be given for homework or class discussion - model answers provided for both essay questions. A kahoot quiz and box plenary to finish with.

Colourful, concise and engaging slides!
