This is a lesson I usually do towards the start of the year so that the children can make something that truly reflects them that we can use for the rest of the year on our All about Me display boards.
It includes the making a paper doll activity and uses inclusive language and examples throughout. This would also be a good transition activity to use in July or meeting your new class in September.
