An apporx. 3 week scheme of work on the set products: This Girl Can and Quality Street. All areas of the GCSE framework are covered: media language, media representations and media theory. Also included are SAMS questions and exam style questions which are NOT SAMS!
Supposedly it was a 3 week SOW. However, the lessons were merely pictures of the adverts and a few copy and pasted text. <br />
There weren't any activities nor writing tasks.

Obviously you’ve not fully understood the lessons - there are ample writing tasks including full SAMS exam questions, annotating and decoding the two products and analysis of representations, all of which require ‘writing’. There is also teaching of media theory and explorations of similar products and context. Maybe you’ve not fully downloaded this sow and some parts are missing.

Great resources - was good for me as I’m new to teaching this spec so I found it quite useful. Would be nice to have answers to the Quality Street Quiz though.
