IGCSE Business Unit 2.3: Recruitment, selection and training of employees

I've bought a bundle of resources for IGCSE. While the resource itself is put together well enough, the zero possibility of adjustment for the needs of my class was a huge disappointment. The slides and worksheets are saved as pictures (for protecting their intellectual property I believe) and it prevents the teacher from adding or removing certain parts, adjusting fonts, changing contrasts, so no flexibility at all. Not all lessons in all countries can be exactly the same even if we follow the same curriculum. We are encouraged to tailor the instruction, include local case studies and so on. This resource bundle is good only if one is intending to keep the lesson strictly following the given resource. As for me I will definitely not buy from this producer again. From a paid resource I was waiting for more flexibility.
