Imperfect tense time and weather practice

This is a worksheet to practice clock time and weather in the imperfect tense in Spanish.

Part 1: La hora (clock time)

Answer each question in a complete sentence using the clock time provided in parenthesis. Start every answer with era / eran + la / las + number + am / pm, where needed.

• Students will answer 10 questions

Example: 1. ¿Qué hora era cuando tú fuiste a la fiesta? (1:00 pm)

Answer: Era la una cuando yo fui a la fiesta.

Part 2: El tiempo (the weather)

Write the letter of the correct translation of each weather expression (9 total)

Ex: It was cold / I: hacia frio

Answer each question in a complete sentence using a different weather expression from above. (4 total)

Answer key is included for parts 1 and part 2 (matching only). For the last four questions, student answers will vary.
