A short but concise graphic organizer on the formation and use of the present progressive tense in Spanish. Students can easily take notes in it, practice the formation of the present progressive, and do an oral practice with a partner. A short quiz is also included. Las clases with present progressive tense
For each class and lunch period, write what each person is doing. Use the correct conjugation of estar and the present participle (-ando / -iendo). For the present participle phrase, use the word bank provided. You can also come up with your own responses.
*There are 6 classes and lunch period (7 total). Students will write 2 sentences for each one.
*Note: For the present participles, only regular -ar, -er,-ir verbs are used.

El restaurante with hispanic nationalites and food (Las nacionalidades y la comida)
The restaurant “Nuestra Casa” is accepting reservations for Friday night. Customers from different Hispanic countries will be attending and they plan to order a food item from their home country. For each customer, complete the blanks with the correct nationality in Spanish and the appropriate food item using the word bank. Note: Nationalities must agree in number (singular / plural) and in gender (masculine / feminine) with the person.

Ser and nationalities super-fast practice

A worksheet on the present subjunctive in Spanish with 20 fill in the blank statements. For each statement, the first blank must be filled in with the present tense of the introductory verb and the second blank must be filled in with the present subjunctive. Answer key is included.
