A KS1 history lesson which looks at communication and how it has changed time. This lesson teaches children through the progression of letters, to telephones, to mobile phones to the iPhone. Within this children will learn about how communication has changed over the years and how it has affected our society.

This resource is a powerpoint presentation which includes a hook of a sound of a rotary phone as well as a video of a rotary phone. This lesson also includes a worksheet of the different forms of communication for the children to place in the correct chronological order.

How I use this resource: This resource is a powerpoint which is shared at the front of the class with the children. The worksheet can be completed in small groups or completed whole class.
