preterit imperfect test spanish

A three page test on the differences between the preterit and imperfect tenses. The test includes fill in the blank questions, personal questions, and original sentence completions. Answer key is included.

Sections of the test:

PART I: Fill in the blanks with the correct form of the preterite. (8 total)

PART II: Fill in the blanks with the correct form of the imperfect (8 total)

PART III: Fill in the blanks with the correct forms of PRETERITE OR IMPERFECT. (9 total)

PART IV: Answer each personal question in a complete sentence in the tense of the question (preterit or imperfect) (12 total)

PART V: Complete each sentence with a different verb in the preterit or the imperfect tenses based on the clue word (ayer, anoche etc). (8 total)

Pages 1-3 are the test and pages 5-6 are the answer key. Student answers will vary for parts 4 and 5.
