Lesson breakdown:
Students should be able to identify the meaning of ‘sole trader’ and ‘partnerships’ and to be able to state advantages and disadvantages of both forms of ownership. Each activity aims to give students a basic understanding of the features of both forms of ownership, and encourages students to assess when each form of ownership might be more appropriate in a business scenario.
