Solving Right Triangles using Pythagorean Theorem Matching Card Bundle

Students practice finding the missing side from right triangles using the Pythagorean Theorem in this matching activity, This mini bundle includes 2 different sets of 18 pairs of matching cards. In both sets one half the cards has a right triangle with indicated missing side and the other half of the cards includes the answers. One set has integer sides and answers, the other set uses radicals both in the sides and in most answers. Both of these sets are available individually:

This is an excellent set to use in differentiating the activity for different levels of students in the classroom. Struggling learners can work with the integer set while more advanced students can work with the radical set.

You can use in a variety of ways. Cut apart and use for a single student or pair of students. You can laminate and use as a warm up on a daily basis. You can use to pair up students for other activities. You can also use these cards as a ticket in the door or ticket out the door.
