Lesson 1
In this lesson students will learn about the difference between food chains and food webs, calculate approximate energy transfer at each step in the food chain and explain why most food chains are short.

Lesson 2

Key stage 3 ~ year 8 ~ two complete lessons on Electromagnets and Using Electromagnets. In these lesson pupils will describe how to build an electromagnet, suggest ways to control the strength of an electromagnet and explain the difference between induced and permanent magnets.
