With children not being able to have any close contact, I thought these posters would be a nice reminder that we can still show we care in many different ways!
I hope you and your class like them, and they bring a bit of reassurance in such an uncertain time!
They are also available within my Socially Distanced Schooling pack, along with some “Keeping Safe” posters (x6), and “What can I play from so far away?” posters (x24 game suggestions), and some banners for if you wish to put them on display boards.
If you use them, please consider leaving a review.

UK Phonics Based Reading Comprehension following Letters and Sounds.
Combines both my Phase 2, Phase 3, Phase 4 and Phase 5 Letters and Sounds Comprehension Packs. Phase 2-5 packs are now complete packs (unless I have some sudden inspiration). I hope to work on Phase 6 / Year 2 Spelling Patterns in future and also release some themed sets of mixed texts, such as Christmas or Halloween texts. These would be included as an update to anyone who has already purchased!
If you download and use this resource, I’d love it if you could take the time to leave a review.
I created this resource after searching for (and failing to find) something similar to suit my own UK learners.
The current bundle is for 29 texts, but this is not the complete set yet. If you buy now at this price, all future updates can be re-downloaded for free within your license price.
The texts have coverage for:
‘ay’ saying /ai/
‘oy’ saying /oi/
‘ie’ saying /igh/
‘ea’ saying /ee/
‘a_e’ saying /ai/
‘e_e’ saying /ee/
‘i_e’ saying /igh/
‘o_e’ saying /oa/
‘u_e’ saying /oo/ or /yoo/
‘ou’ saying /ow/
long vowels a, e, i o u
‘ue’ saying /oo/ or /yoo/
‘ew’ saying /oo/ or /yoo/
‘aw’ saying /or/

unspoken ‘e’
‘ore’ saying /or/
All progression / structure within the document is taken from UK Government Publication “Letters and Sounds”, which organises children’s exposure to new phonemes in Phases and Sets, and also ventures into some of the National Curriculum Spelling Patterns. The order of sounds within this document is designed to be progressive, such that one text builds on the next. Although these materials are independent and unendorsed, they could easily be used to support learners on many validated schemes which use Letters and Sounds as their basis.
Great to stretch and challenge children in Year 1 who have a solid application of their phonics and / or for children in Year 2 and 3 who still need to practise accessing fully decodable texts.
Suits Ofsted’s renewed focus on children reading full decodable texts, matched to phonics knowledge.
If you download and use this resource, I’d love it if you could take the time to leave a review.
DIGITAL STICKERS BRIGHTS PACK
Children love receiving stickers and we love giving them out, right? So what do we do when all our work is being set electronically?
These cute, bright e-stickers can be added to Google Slides, Google Docs, SeeSaw and many more. You could even just add them as attachments in your messages over email when communicating with your class. Each filled with cheesy puns and cute graphics, they’re the perfect solution to dishing out some fun, quirky praise. Why not check out my pastel pack and fix it pack? Or the whole bundle?
Included in this pack are 14 different bright stickers, each saved as high quality PNG images (re-sizeable as needed), plus all images saved within a PPT for opening in Google Slides.
I have also included a brief tutorial of how to add the stickers, although there are many tutorials out there and I’m sure some of you that have been using e-learning for a while are already pros at this!
Please consider leaving a review or rating - I would really appreciate it!
Please note: these images are for individual use only, solely in the format of stickers. They are not for re-purposing as clipart or any other saleable product.
