My 55-page of student workbook/booklet takes on a new approach and adaptation to support teaching and learning. It is packed with activities to student’s independent study and revision. Activities included in this booklet also links into the CS1; CS2 and CS3 to support evidence gathering for the ESP. Also, included in the booklet are two assignments which gives students a mock try or the ESP Task1 and Task 2a.
I found that my students preferred case study on page 6 over the one used in the assignment.

Welcome to your T-level Industry placement workbook/logbook/workbook which links to the Occupational Specialism Option A: Supporting Adult Nursing.
This 19 page document is fully editable to suit the need of whatever you want it to be such as adding your logos and names to the certificate section included.
With focus on the ESP support, the booklet focuses on evidences that can be collected and collated through their 45 days industry placement with an external employer. I have also linked the contents of this booklet to the Core Skills 1-3 component of the specification to avoid missed opportunity during evidence gathering.
At the end of their placements, all students will attend a planned professional discussion session and be awarded a certificate of completion as nominated by their teachers or competent assessor.
The booklet gives students opportunities to reflect daily or weekly on their knowledge and understanding as highlighted in the set of criteria listed within this booklet. This will support getting the students ready for Core Skill 4 reflective practice
