This is a sequence of 5 lessons focusing on the Couple’s unit in the Family and Households topic for AQA A-Level Sociology. There is an exam-skill focused assessment and a reflection tasks included in this pack. My lessons are designed for non-specialists, they simplistic and easy to follow. Inspired by Rosenshine Principles of Instruction, these lessons feature retrieval practice, modelling and direct intruction. These lessons work alongside AQA A-Level Sociology Book One (Including AS Level) Napier Press Sociology textbook (By Webb Westergarrd Trobe and Townend).

This is a 4 lesson introduction to GCSE Sociology that I will be delivering to Y9 digitally. It includes a variety of activities designed to introduce them to basics of the subject ready for when they begin it properly after the pandemic!

This is a full 5-lesson set of 75 minute lessons that covers the entirety of Unit 3, 1.1. They build up to an ‘End of Unit’ write up in the style of the Controlled Assessment.
