This is a lesson I have created for module 4, Punto de partida 2. We use Edexcel in my school but I am sure it can be useful for AQA or easily adapted. This lesson includes: An overview of what we will be studying every lesson of M4 (free time activities). A starter task A variety of activities (vocab, translation, reading, listening, etc). Homework. *All answers included and embedded in Power Point. The document is a Power Point file and completely editable. IMPORTANT: please be aware that this is a lesson to use alongside the textbook. All activities are my own creation based on the vocab of the higher textbook (pages 74-75). I cannot provide the listening files, those must be purchased from the exam boards.

This is a booklet of activities I have created for my Year 7/8 Spanish class. I have used it for cover as it is quite self explanatory and includes lots of activities and the vocab. This resource includes: -> 20 activities -> A variety of activities (word search, crossword, colouring, translation, vocab activities, …) -> The first page has the vocab with all the animals they’ll need to know in Spanish/English. -> I have uploaded the booklet in PDF (to use preferably) but also in Publisher so it can be modified (although some of the fonts I use might disappear). This is an activity to challenge your students to identify the mispronounciation of some words in the Target Language. I am uploading this resource in Spanish but it can easily be adapted to all languages. Here is what you have to do: You are going to read the sentences to the class out loud. You are going to read each sentence twice. The first time, you will read the sentence correctly. The second time, you will make a mistake when pronouncing one of the words in that sentence. These are the objectives of the lesson: *Getting to know family members in Spanish *Describing your family *Using possessive adjectives This lesson includes: *A Power Point presentation (25 slides) *A worksheet with an excercise to be completed by using the family vocab shown in the ppt. (includes extension miniword search) *A worksheet to practice reading, translation and writing (5 exercises). *A worksheet with the info about possessives and three exercises to practice using them. The worksheets have been design to be printed in A5, but they could also be printed in A4 if preferred. All worksheets are uploaded as a publisher doc and also pdf. Hope it helps!
